The pages of this book are in good, clean un-marked condition. It doesn't look as if the original owner got very far through the book as most pages appear to be unused.

The cover has become detached from the book at some point and has been taped back on. The tape's glue has reached the end of it's life so the cover is once more detached, with yellow tape marks on the inside! Does not affect the book's usability or the music's playability.
